Turducken™
Our Original Turducken™ is a tasty beast. De-boned duck and chicken breasts are wrapped up with Italian or chicken apple sausage stuffing into a whole turkey, also deboned except for wings and drumsticks. Thaw, pop it into your oven, bake without basting, and then serve it to your guests with no need to carve or throw away bones! Serves 12 - 15 Adults.

Turducken Premium Roast™
Our Turducken Premium Roast™ is a slight variation of our full bird: for when you want all the flavour, but less mass. De-boned duck and chicken breasts are wrapped up with Italian sausage stuffing into a whole turkey, also deboned. In this case: the turkey's wings and drumsticks are removed, and it is then formed into a football-sized roast and wrapped in bacon. Serves 8 - 10 Adults
