We have two Tuna species to offer, the first being West coast Albacore Tuna loins. These are an excellent sustainable tuna option. Simple coat in sesame seeds and sear to create an terrific tuna tataki dish. The second tuna offering is our Yellow Fin (Ahi) tuna sandwich cut. As the name states this portion is cut perfectly to fit in a sandwich dish, but is also ideal in salad application.
