Cedar Bay Plank Salmon Portion
AOG Ingredients: Atlantic Salmon (Fish) (80%), brown sugar, maple and BBQ sauce (dehydrated vegetables (tomato, onion, garlic), sugar, water, maple sugar (5%), dextrose, salt, spices, acetic acid, Worcestershire sauce powder (vinegar, molasses, corn syrup, salt, garlic, sugar, spices, tamarind, flavouring maltodextrin), vegetable (canola oil, acidity regulator: sodium acetate).
Maple BBQ Ingredients: Atlantic Salmon (Fish) (80%), brown sugar, maple and BBQ sauce (dehydrated vegetables (tomato, onion, garlic), sugar, water maple sugar (5%), dextrose, salt, spices, acetic acid, Worcestershire sauce powder (vinegar, molasses, corn syrup, salt, garlic, sugar, spices, tamarind, flavouring, maltodextrin), vegetable (canola oil, acidity regulatro: sodium acetate).
Cedar Plank Salmon Fillet
We've taken a full salmon fillet and seasoned it with our amazing Sugar & Spice rub and placed it on a 14" pre-soaked cedar plank. This format is terrific for larger catering events as well as carving stations. Just thaw and bake it deliver a unique cedar aroma to the dinning room while impressing each and ever guest.
